  • Select Wifi and long-press your current network
  • Then select Modify Settings.
  • Mark the “Show advanced options” checkbox.
  • Change IP settings to Static.
  • Add the DNS server’s IPs to the “DNS 1”, and “DNS 2” fields.
  • Change DNS 1 to 8.8.8.8.
  • Change DNS 2 to 8.8.4.4.

Solution 5: Factory Reset of Your Phone
